Tenby Shopping

Tenby shops are, as you would expect, geared for the tourist industry. Many souvenir shops are available, as well as discount clothing stores. Several shopping streets cater for all tastes, though grocery shopping is limited.

Tenby Market

In the centre of the pretty Welsh seaside town of Tenby is a daily indoor market selling a wide variety of local produce ranging from fresh fish and meat to fruit and vegetables and bread. The market hall also has a huge mural which was painted by a local artist, Eric Bradforth, and which depicts events in Tenby’s interesting history such as the building of the town walls and the advent of the railway during the Industrial Revolution.

Caldey Island

A trip to Caldey Island is different to any of the other attractions in Tenby. The village includes a gift shop, post office, tea gardens and a small museum.
